Soulful Indie singer and songwriter Phil Bulmer has announced the release of his upcoming and highly anticipated track ‘April Rain’. After the release of his debut album ‘Unleashed’ Phil has definitely cemented his place within the the indie rock arena through the raw emotion and power that flows throughout his work. What Phil does so well within his music is that he uses his lyricism to bring his listeners with him on a united journey of which we can all seek comfort and reassure that we are not alone. Phil Bulmer is a singer/songwriter recording artist based in a small town located in Northern British Columbia, Canada. Phil has been writing music for most of his life, and recently quit his full time job to follow a path that will enable his music to be shared with the world.
