Tommy Gibbon’s Upcoming Single ‘Abandoned’ is One to Watch out for
Known for his unique combination of alternative rock and hip hop in his music, Tommy Gibbon’s is an artist who never fails to impress us with his originality. Since the release of his EP ‘Tonight’ in 2020 Gibbon’s has followed his own artistic vision and has pursued the sound he truly wants to make. His EP is full of passion and the lyrics accompanied by the roaring guitar help to add to this emotional journey Gibbon’s wants us to join him on. Tommy Gibbons is currently the lead guitarist in Farewell to Fear and the guitarist for the American Idol Finalist Wade Cota! In previous experiences, Tommy was the guitarist in Tantric and FLAW. Tommy has toured the US extensively and has created his own fan base with personal interactions and live performances that people do not forget! He is endorsed by Bad Boy Guitars, Mosh Pit Army Clothing, Swiss Picks and Pruvit.
Tommy joined Farewell to Fear in 2019 and performed on Chris Jericho’s Rock and Wrestlin Rager at Sea Cruise out to the Bahamas with the band in January, 2020. In the summer of 2020 Tommy decided to launch a solo career to have music with his own personal stamp. Aside from writing the rip roaring riffs for Farewell to Fear, Tommy’s passion is geared more towards a Rock Alternative and Hip Hop Mix.
Tommy decided to revisit some of the older material he put out 2 years ago and place them in media outlets for his fans and he was quick to realize the demand! In just 1 month he’s gotten more than 26,000 Monthly listeners on Spotify and has landed on 2 curated playlists already! Tommy will be performing live again with Farewell to Fear on Rebel Rock Fest in Orlando, FL in September 2021.
Tommy’s lead-off single “Tonight” released on October 13, 2020. The single charted on Billboard Mainstream Rock Indicator Charts at #23 and on the Foundations Secondary Market Radio Charts at #5. “Tonight” also surpassed 100,000 Spotify Streams. Tommy is released an instrumental single “Cyber Kaiju” on all Major outlets in January and is releasing “Abandoned” co-written with Scott Wilson of Saving Abel on Feb. 26th, 2021. “Abandoned” is impacting radio on March 16, 2021. Tommy is also doing a live stream on Feb. 26, 2021 through VX3 Live as a bonus!
